Well, even though many people disagree with that statement, it almost seems as if it should be modified now to ...

if you clicked the little link (like the ones that i always put in these damn posts. if y'all didn't know .. best go check em again...), you'll see that the former lawyer/failed superintendent of San Diego city schools has now been rehired. But more like PROMOTED.
See what i don't get is, that if people were calling for his resignation... and he even agreed on an EARLY TERMINATION ...why would you even rehire the guy?
