Wow, i'm home. It feels extremely strange to be home like after 3 weeks of being across the nation. The road trip was fun. We did everything from rock climbing to rafting to watching corn go by as we sat in the van, slowly losing our sanity. Note to everyone: If you can drive 38 hours straight, and not mix up words or slur them...I'd like to meet you.
Anyways, I have a journal from the road trip that I will try and get up soon. It is pretty large, but should be pretty funny to read...or not, considering I have lost most of my funny, and brain for that matter.
College starts next week. I expect a red carpet and hot chicks everywhere when I walk into class. Sadly, I don't think that will happen. Hopefully my knowledge of Gainesville will come in handy as I escort hot lady after hot lady to their destinations.
Or I might just fail.
Anyways, life has been going good as of late. Minor things have happened here and there. Got a few more scholarships. Might be getting a motorcycle. Moving into my apartment in July.Bought many a new cd. Beastie Boys, 311, and Guster were among the aforementioned many. I am auditioning for the drumline, but I have really lost most of my desire to do marching stuff. I am more interested in inventing things (percussion wise) and jazz drum set, etc. Plus I have a burn on my wrist from flipping the cymbals. So we'll see if I even make it. Yeah buddy.
