Late last night, sometime between 1am and 2am, a fictional girl named Christy leaves a club and heads for her car. Suddenly, one of her friends runs up and mentions an after hours party at a cute frat guy's house. So, she goes there, alcohol swirling in her brain. Good thing the party's only a couple blocks from her house. Drinks and more drinks.... and then some more drinks. Guys. A bright light suddenly appears in the kitchen window - OH MY GOD!!! IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!!!!
"Christy calm down, it's morning...", grunts a guy still sipping from the last nearly-drained keg. She freaks out. Runs, jumps in her car and heads to the bagel shop for a quick bite to eat, then to the house to clean up, then to school....
Ok ok... I'll stop. I just didn't know how to write about this girl I saw at the bagel shop this morning. Rats nest hairdo, smudged makeup, big oversized t-shirt (mens t-shirt). Mind you, the big tshirt is partially covering her butt. As I pan down, I see her still wearing high heels. Here in Gainesville, there is a name for girls in this condition, this early in the morning... it's called the WALK OF SHAME - this happens when some sweet little sorority girl steps into a savage night of partying and mindless alcohol consumption - this of course is followed by some fraternity guy showing her the door early in the morning. So, this was the first memorable moment in my morning. Oh, and I must say, the girl in question was not walking, she was driving. I don't know what difference that makes, but it was funny nonetheless.....
Hope you enjoyed your morning people. Or afternoon, depending on when you get up.
