Faint Glow

Mar 25, 2007 16:32

A faint glow fills the room. A muted static repeats in the dark gloom. Shadows scream silently from the walls - they warn, they call. A bundled heap on the couch, lays and heaves, breathes. Ever so shallow. A moan escapes from cracked lips - telling of demons behind heavy eyelids. She’s finished her last hit, and she got hit. Twist and writhe - escape the lies behind your eyes that your head sings as true. Fall still fallen princess. You can end this. Give in to the darkness.

The ink this pen spits will tell this to the ones from the list of broken bodies with acid lungs. A bell may toll, and as the coffin closes, others will be told. At least it was for something. Veins forever now run cold.
