i forget how to write in this.
as i get older i realize how unecessary it becomes to write every neurotic thought that passes through my cerebral cortex and into my 4 lobes for the public to see..the way i use to. i think i want to start a written journal.
on a lighter note, i did get to see black dice and animal collective last night at the avalon with kerri, nick, and anthony. both put on a great show, but i think this time by far was one of the best performances i've seen from A.C. they played songs like: who could win a rabbit?, peacebone, and ended off with a somewhat improvisational version of leaf house. i think they decided to play leaf house because that's all anthony kept shouting at any chance he could be heard and they wanted to appease his growing rage. a great way to end the set, truely. i danced, i clapped, shouted, and laughed, all while being with some of my closest friends.
it was spectacular.
however, saying goodbye again to nick and anthony was both difficult/bittersweet. kerri and i dropped off anthony at his current place of study and some sad song by america came on the radio. it was a rather poignant moment, if i do say so myself.
i miss those two idiots..
and for that matter, i miss all my friends..
