A time of celebration, and perhaps merriment (the latter mostly because i like that word).
Well hello, The World of Livejournal. As is customary, it has been some time since last we interacted. I've been fooling around with FaceBook, and, well, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sneak behind your back like that.
Well that was stupid.
Um, so HI EVERYONE who is reading this (you lucky souls, you)! Here's the big news: I live in downtown Toronto once again! Huzzah! YES, it is true, and I am ecstatic. For visiting purposes, you can find me at 168 Huron Street - that's just off of College & Spadina, so the location is brilliant - nay, perhaps perfect. Let's not get carried away. The house is a student collective composed primarily of various-level hippies and UofT kids. So it's a good crowd who is spaced out and likes to eat interesting things - I fit in well here.
And now for the HOLY SHIT I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT!!! news of the week:
I just found out (literally, 10 minutes ago) that NDP SuperCouple Jack Layton and Olivia Chow live across the street from my new abode, and that they have visited this house in the recent past, for events, and on several occasions. In fact, in the house right now (somewhere), is a bottle of wine generously given by Jack Layton himself. This bottle is otherwise known as the Holy Grail.
I'm exaggerating.
But still, that's pretty cool, I'd say. And exciting.
COME VISIT!
(That's to anyone, not just Jack and Olivia... both of whom are almost certainly reading this right now. I wonder if I can steal their wireless internet signal... hmm...)
