Police Force Filter;
At this point I'm relatively certain that the man we're looking for -- one of them, anyway -- is a man named Harold Saxon. He goes by the self styled alias "The Master". He has a criminal past in his home-world, and there is a large amount of circumstantial evidence to link him to this crime. It seems he has a history of dietary habits that could account for the teeth imprints found on the bones of some of the victims, as well as the ability to erase memories. It seems likely that in addition to the recent murders, he could have something to do with Chris's case a few months ago. The missing organs.
Additionally, I've conducted a thorough network sweep and the following individuals arouse some suspicion:
Rido Kuran - Rido's niece, Yuuki, spoke to me before leaving the city. She described her uncle, who is a vampire, as vicious and amoral, with little respect or consideration for humans. She was terrified of him. I have absolutely no evidence to link him to the murders, but I feel he is worth monitoring, based on her testimony.
Rip van Winkle - In addition to her well known criminal past here in the city, this post drew my attention.
Additionally, two others -- Luke Valentine and Grell Sutcliff - have had public correspondence with Harold Saxon. If he was involved in these murders, they may be worth some further scrutiny.
As with Rido, I have absolutely no evidence linking these individuals to the murders, however their activities to concern me. I can monitor their actions on the network, but I feel a more active observation may be necessary for all of them.
With regards to John Saxon, I feel it would be best if we assembled a team to bring him in immediately. I believe the only member of Special Assaults and Tactics left is Ken Hidaka, so perhaps a few members of Investigations would be willing to lend a hand?
Romana - When we assemble a team, would you be willing to brief us more completely on his abilities?
