So yes, tis Friday once more, and I have approximately 200 questionnaire results to input, sporadic bursts of randomness to cheer me on through the afternoon are welcomed

Music request - I've recently sent Beats Antique's 'Contraption Vol' one and 'the Trunk Archives' to people who are not bellydancers but do like glitchy music (Ok, Oly and John) and they have gone down well. I would recommend for data entry.
Random - I think I have a secret admirer. Whoever they are they're sending me Moleskine products in the post, so I can't complain.
and also - as discussed at length yesterday, it has been decreed that the only tomato acceptable in a risotto is a sun dried one.
Possibly a slow-roasted one might work too, just a step juicier than sun-dried. However I hate raw tomatoes and plum tomatoes are for sauces not risottos in my book.
Raw to me they taste like blood, well iron, and the texture is slimey and ookey and they taint almost all ready made sandwiches and salads, like sludge bombs. yuck!
I have a limited-ish repertoire and it's not unknown for mine to be almost as much veg as rice especially when I make my springlike one (broad beans, peas, spinach if I have it, or asparagus if it's the right time of year and courgette, plus lemon zest for extra zing), I make a squash one with or without bacon type stuff, and the last one I did had Jerusalem Artichokes and ham and was rather good. I love parmesan as much as the next woman, but I do need there to be other flavours so risotto milanese doesn't much appeal to me.
