[It was kind of surprising to find oneself... not in their house. She'd found herself not so little, and not quite where she should be; in fact, she wasn't aware of who's house this even was-though, give her a moment for some memories to return. Still... he's almost ashamed that he let her get lost.]
Ms. Sayo...
... Y-You were a-alright during the time, yes...? I, er, o-only saw you briefly, but...
[Quietly:] Th-thank you for... f-for giving me a chance to... t-to be a father again, for awhile.
... E-Even if it was... r-rather against your will...
[It was something he could hold onto. Even now it's a little bright flicker in a time that's been mostly bleak for far too long.]

I was just fine. Thank you for helping me then; I apologize if I was any trouble.

A-Are... are you still interested in knowing what... wh-what has happened over the past while? I am afraid my a-account will be... somewhat b-biased, but... I can t-try to give you some relevant information.
[And after a small, shy pause:]
... I still have the p-picture of a rainbow for you, if... i-if you want to see it now. There might even be some way to give it to you permanently...

[Robert pauses before he addresses the next bit.]
Well. Pl-please forgive me for the... s-somewhat truncated account. I can give you a more... th-thorough one if you like...
B-but, the most significant, village-wide event would have to be the l-latest draft... barbaric thing that it was. Over a hundred v-villagers were taken for this one - the apparent t-target was a Third Party "training village" of s-sorts...

[He chokes back a small sob - it still hurts even now, and he misses Helios so much - but he continues.]
... There are o-other things that have h-happened for me, as well, but they are... l-less important, and less... r-relevant, so to speak.
(OOC: Whelp, mun realized that this post was written before Daisy's draft outline... whoops.)

[She looks down, thoughtful.]
I'd known people had left... I remember wondering where they were all going.
[She had a hunch, once she was older... but still...]

[Robert sighs, knitting his fingers against his chest.]
... I... I hope that... y-your friends were safe, if th-they were... taken as well.
... W-Was there anything else you were... curious about, Ms. Sayo?

And I d-doubt you would have missed these otherwise. [Forgotten them, maybe, but not missed them in the first place.]
... R-Regardless, if there is anything I can d-do for you, please do not hesitate to ask.

You are very welcome, Ms. S-Sayo.
... W-When might you like me to... c-come over to show you the rainbow picture...?
... Or would you p-prefer to visit me? E-Either is fine, of course...

[They'll both be busy for awhile, of course.]

... S-See you at a... s-subsequent time then, Ms. Sayo...? [Robert smiles nervously.
... Amusingly, it's going to be in the middle of the experiment. Funny thing, that.]
