culinary school
I haven't been seen around the internets lately, so i thought i would just give everyone an update on how culinary school is going. And that is : Awesome.
I like the people (most of them) in my class. 2/3s of us are smokers, so thanks to the power of multiple ciagrette breaks in the morning, I know most of them pretty well, and we all get along. I'm getting used to the color palate of all white and black and white checks, but having a cravat on still bothers me.
I'm just in nurition right now, and we only get to play in the kitchen twice a week, but next week i start culinary 101 and we will be in the kitchen all morning. from 7:00 to 11:30. yeah that's right. my classes start at 7 in the fucking morning. which is actually not so bad. I get up at five thirty everyday, and am usually the first person in the apartment moving around. I feel all grown up and proud (and caffinated).
Not all the much to report, vauge developments will mature, and I will report on them when they do.
Otherwise I just wanted everyone to know that I am loving this.
PS: Tommorow I get to make chocolate crepes, stuffed with strawberries.
