Our last home game of the year was on Saturday against USC. What could have made it more memorable than clothes-drenching rain and arrogant, disgusting fans (theirs, not ours)? It started out as a great game. Both teams played very well, but somewhere in the second half the game went downhill. I don't want to point fingers, but I gave up when Longshore threw a fourth-quarter interception. Anyway, no more game days. I think that this was my absolute favorite season because I got to spend the whole day with Gigi. We always begin every game day with Chipotle, head over to the Rally (performed by Tyler and Cal Band), march up to the stadium with the band, hang-out for an hour before the game and watch the Band's pre-game show, stand with the student section for 4 hours, cheering our hearts out during the game, watch the half-time show somewhere in between, watch post-game show, and march down with the band. Come to think of it, I may be more of a Cal Band fan than an actual football fan ;). Another great plus that came out of football was meeting two pretty cool girls, Ashley and Brieanna. Well, we have two games left for the season, and then possibly a Bowl game? One thing is certain... we will not make it to the Rose Bowl this year.
On a less nostalgic note, I have my last midterm this Thursday night (Physics)! It'll cover Maxwell's equations, optics, relativity, and AC circuits primarily. Then I am going home this weekend to make up for the fact that I will not see my family and friends on Thanksgiving. I am going home with Tyler to his house for Thanksgiving, and it is going to be so much fun. I just hope I remember to take pictures this time!
Anyway, this busy bee had better get back to studying her bee-hind off!
