Hey there!
I'm one of the duty managers at a student bar in the town I live in. The general dress code is "uniform shirt with black pants" and finally, now I'm a manager, I'm allowed to wear actual clothes and not the horrible uniform tshirts they make the normal bartenders wear. So I thought I'd jazz it up a wee bit.
Shirt: Farmers (local department store)
Jeans: Lee
Shoes: Cheap knock-off fake chucks
Belt : Upmarket vintage thrift store called Hunters And Collectors.
Scarf: "borrowed" from a friend
Badges: "Charm School Reject" was a gift and the other is a badge for a local band called Odessa.
I'm enjoying the rockabilly androgynous hipster look at the moment and seem to be channelling Elvis when it comes to my hair. :D
