Just trying to compile a C.V
is quite frustrating. there's not
alot of things that i don't do in bedside nursing. i guess i can
take care of old people pretty
well...
i tell my mum if she should ever land up on a hospital bed i will take her away from it. i will sit her out of bed and walk her regularly even stop work to take care of her round the clock if need be and i will write down all the recipes she can remember. i won't go take care of strangers and leave her to the care of a stranger. i won't let strangers catherise her, take her blood pressure, turn her, change her diapers, insert a nasogastric tube into her, without my prior permission. i will probably prefer to do all these myself. i am what nurses would call a effing difficult relative especially since i know the tricks played behind patient's backs and whatever short cuts they take...i probably tried before...
