(no subject)
I haven't really updated in a while...
I have big news.
I am no longer going to North Carolina for the summer. :(
I'm sorta bummed but not too much anymore.
I mean, I really think that teaching dance and being a councilor to little girls all summer is my calling. Lol. I can't think of a better way to spend my summer.
However, since my doctor has said that staying home is for the best, I started to agree so I called Leah (my camp contact) and explained everything. And I can't tell you how amazing this situation turned out. The DAY AFTER I called to say that May 27th (next saturday) I would NOT be flying down there for the summer, Leah got a call from another dancer in Canada. So that rocks. PLUS! My Aunt Karen is letting me work for her for 10 bucks an hour under the table. YES! She runs her own business called Caring Compassions and she goes to old peoples' houses to take care of them or just keep them company. SWEET!
Plus, that gives me time to relax, recover, and enjoy life... as opposed to going going going 24-7 and getting two days off before Safari and school.
