I've never had any particular grievances with the dark, but I won't try to claim that this isn't unsettling. I can't be sure if this is a continuation of yesterday's oddities or not, but I find today far less enjoyable than yesterday. The dark could be tolerated, I suppose, especially with these strange orbs of light, but I no longer appear to be in my residence.
I wonder if anyone can still hear me. I won't be surprised if I've left the town altogether, this device's continued presence aside. With the chip in place there's no way of telling if this is the same world, but what I 'see' now is certainly more in-line with what I expected to encounter when I--
