Birthday Wishes
Today was a pretty good day all things considered. Today I woke up and my wisdom teeth which were removed over 10 days ago still hurt like hell. Not to mention the right bottom side of my lip is STILL frozen. (Thank you Dr. M for your precision work. It’s really appreciated) I dragged myself out of bed and went to morning class and my sociology buddy wasn’t there. I got exiled for my roommate’s room because “my cake was in her room”. I really think it’s because she wanted an excuse to shun me. I cleaned my house for Birthday dinner with the glam fam and then went to evening class. I got to the Engineering building where my class was and all the doors were tied shut with caution tape. The sign, freshly printed, read “Building closed till further noticed” and was dated March 24, 2008. I called the McMaster operated and she said (rather rudely) that there was a fire in the Engineering building. That is SO my luck. Nothing good has ever happened on my birthday! As far as I can remember the best thing that has ever happened to me on my birthday was the year Miss Congeniality 2 was released! I went to one of those websites that tell you what famous things have happened on your birthday; only wars and the birth of dictators has happen on my birthday!
Anyway, someone out there (My Lord) heard my cry for a better birthday. I received a phone call from my faithful friend that an important message has come in for Lord Chris at Cutewithchris.com. My Lord posted a special message to his neighbors up north. In a couple of weeks he is announcing details for a show in Toronto! I’ve got to say my lord this is the best birthday present I have ever received. All because you selfishly sacrificed yourself for the sake of your people. I am forever in your debt. Thank you for the greatest gift of all.
