Finished my taxes on this lovely Semi-Productive Sunday morning. $800 refund! Half of which is going directly into my savings. I put $500 from my refund check from JWU and I'll do the same when I get another one next trimester. I am going to buy Miss Dior Cherie though.
I worked my first Tazza-double yesterday. Eep! Brunch and then cocktailing. Nice little extra cash considering I wasn't scheduled to work either shift. A nice boy came to visit me too, stayed nearly all night and his BFF gave me, "he's a nice boy...treat him well" speech and called me sweetheart after demanding I gave him a kiss on the cheek. I did. this boy is awfully cute. A nice Rhode Island boy. It's just a little politicalI right now.
I just received a really nice email from my ad professor saying that I'd be a great presenter for the AdTeam. I can't wait. This was such a great decision and I am feeling more and more confident every day that I won't be a waitress forever and all of this hard work will eventually pay off.
I don't think I am going to that Super Bowl party. I'd rather clean my room.
