Rating: I’m slapping a generic PG-13 on all of these even though most are PG

Just don’t take Mal from me
Pass the rope
And pause to grope
This is true serenity.
“Jaynestown”
Wash is Serenity’s stud.
He’s also everyone’s bud.
How can you resist
a Hawaiian shirt tryst
on a planet where they make mud?
“Jaynestown”
Wash is tired of being a zero.
“Can we go to the crappy town where I’m a hero?”
We’ll pull up stake,
leave Canton in our wake,
I’ll even chip in for the beer-o.
“War Stories”
Jayne was in such a funk,
after all of the thinking he thunk
about them two girls
givin’ it a gorram whirl
and him all alone in his bunk.
1st place for Firefliest Limerick

Simon is constantly searching for a cure,
a way to return River to being demure.
Until then she’s crazy,
her mind never lazy--
No power in the verse can stop her.

On Simon’s table, there is no pain.
From the neck down, immobile is Jayne.
Revealed is his sin.
The fear creeps in.
And River can kill him with her brain.
