Favourite quote
A condom is the glass slipper for our generation. You slip one on when you meet a stranger. You dance all night, and then you throw it away. The condom, I mean, not the stranger. - Marla Singer in Fight Club
Hobbies/Interests: Ballet, gardening, artistic stuff (writing, painting, photography, photoshopping etc), driving aimlessly, shopping, anything having to do with my dog, going to the movies… More, I’m sure, but that’s all I can think of at the moment.
Likes: Really good food, haute couture, pretty things, my dog, kind people, watching people dance or dancing myself
Dislikes: Phony people, people who do nothing with their life, sappiness in fiction (or in real life, for that matter), cheaply made clothing sold at a high price, senseless cruelty

Favourites:
Movies Either Run Lola Run or Der Krieger und Die Kaiserin - the first for the way it’s filmed and the second because it’s a very offbeat, very unique sort of love story.
Books House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski is my favorite, no doubt about it, but in a close second is Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman
Music Poe, Depeche Mode, Mazzy Star… off-beat stuff with a lot of heart, truth, and emotion in it.
Artist (optional) Edgar Degas - I was a competitive ballerina and obsessed with dance and the aesthetics of dance in general and his works of ballet dancers are breathtaking.
Color I look good in red so I gravitate towards that color. I like to think that at times I display the passion that color represents but I’m a very pink person. I’m usually soft and subdued and generally very feminine.
Would you attempt the impossible, even if you were told it couldn't be done? I think. I’ve tried before, but if given the opportunity to do it again I would.
Would you do what you thought was right, even without the help or support of others? I’d certainly feel lonely, but I think I would.
Are you dependable? Yes
Who or What would you lay in front of a tank for? My mother
Across the Universe -
Favorite character and why: They’re all so brilliant, but I liked Max the best. He has an energy that would be addictive to be around. He’s smarter than he lets on, I think.
Who do you relate to most and why: Maybe a little bit to Jojo, but in the end the character I relate to the most is Prudence. I get the impression that she’s two individuals. She’s manic and fun when with the gang (Sadie, Max, Jojo, Jude, and Lucy) but seems very withdrawn when it’s just her and her thoughts. When she sings I Want To Hold Your hand she seems so innocent and fragile and, like me, she’s a victim of unrequited love.
Favorite scene? This is really difficult. I can narrow it down to two. The first is when Prudence is in her cheerleader digs in the bleachers singing I Want To Hold Your Hand and also (amazing) when she just sort of breezes past the football players at the scrimmage. The second in when Jojo’s brother is sitting behind the car during the Detroit Riots singing, with emotion, Let It Be.
Favorite quotes (no more than three):
Music is the only thing that makes sense anymore... play it loud enough and it keeps the demons at bay. - JoJo
Favorite song-scene The ones I listed above. When Bono does The Walrus… That’s pretty trippy and awesome, too, though.
