Oh Livejournal how I have neglected you.
Life has been going. Ultimate Frisbee is this years Volleyball. Settlers of Catan is the new Risk. Civilizations 3 is today's Civilization. Pizza delivery is still in vogue for a poor man's career. Newsweek (thanks aprilia27) and the LSJ have replaced crosswords during downtime at work. Working out sometimes has supplanted never working out. The truly big changes of this year are Breanna, Katie, Peter and Jen which are all extremely pleasant surprises. Although I've temporarily misplaced my Gerri (rumor has it we're playing tennis on Thursday).
Question for everyone: Do you have a device (or do you know of one) that reliably measures decibels? I ask, because as you well know, I love loud music, and I'd like to measure out a reasonable level to listen to it and not cause hearing damage, and since I can't tell the difference between extremely loud and loud, I need the aid of device to tell me where 85 decibels is exactly, then I can mark my beefy bedroom speakers and my car stereo accordingly.
