Frozen or Fresh?

Vegetables, that is.

I have a cauliflower chili recipe that my husband and I enjoy, but today I couldn't find fresh cauliflower at the store. There is frozen cauliflower in abundance in the grocer's freezer. Can I substitute frozen for fresh? Thanks!

Yes and I wouldn't thaw it either.

i second the don't thaw part. i find it turns mushy if you thaw it out first. cook as is into your recipe.

Frozen cauli is fine, I've used it for veggie curries before.

Any chance you'd share your recipe?
