Overnight oatmeal in large batches?

Hi everyone, I'm a quiet lurker who finally has a question. I'm planning on making steel cut oatmeal in my crock pot, but I need to make a double batch. Does anyone have any experience with this? Were there any issues with the cooking, i.e. were the oats not cooked all the way through or too runny or anything? I searched through all of the previous posts but could only find references to people making single batches (1:4 oatmeal/water ratio).

I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on this!
