Pulled 'Pork'? Seitan / Quorn / Tofu
Is it possible to do an imitation pulled pork using pork style Seitan? Or Tofu, or Quorn (if anyone knows what quorn is / how to cook with it).
And by pork, I mean anything - pork, duck, chicken.
I've looked at Pulled pork / chicken and it looks absolutely gorgeous!
I can get seitan in cans from a Chinese place that's either Duck or Pork flavoured.
If it's not possible, that's ok, I'm just wondering if anyone's got a tried and tested recipe that works.
There doesn't seem to be a Seitan tag.
