Help!

I made the  Buffalo Chicken Wraps yesterday and it's good, but way too spicy for us (I didn't see Frank's, so I used another brand of hot wing sauce).  Any advice on how to tone this down a bit?   Even with ranch or Blue Cheese, it's still too spicy for us to eat.
