Saw this today on Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee and it looks so good! With the holidays coming up this would be a neat dessert to serve.

I may make that to take to a Hallowe'en Party this weekend.

If you take it to a halloween party, you should use a clear creme de menthe and tint it orange. So it'll look orange and halloween-y, but taste minty. Mmmmmmm....
