Opinions?
I have a bottle of Mesquite marinade, one of those 30 minute marinades. I was going to use it for chicken, and then have my fiance grill it, but we broke up before we had the chance to do so. Now I'm living on my own, still have the marinade and don't like grilling. LOL. My question is, do you all think it'd be good if I just plopped a couple chicken breasts in the slow cooker and dumped the marinade over the top and set it on low for like 6 hours? Other ideas? Thanks.
