I made this yesterday and Havn't eaten more then one wing yet as its tonights dinner for me, the Fiance and a few friends.
1 cup Soy Sauce.
2 cups Orange Marmalade.
4 cloves of Garlic, Smashed and Minced.
1 Tsp Ginger.
Unknown amount of Brown Sugar added at the end of cooking.
2 pounds chicken wings.
Mix the sauce together in the bottom of your crock pot and bring to a boil to cook the flavors together. Then add Chicken Wings into pot. Cook on high 4-5 hours then put on low for another 3.
I had to leave them sitting on Warm because I wasn't home when it finished but I called Fiance and had him put it on Warm for me. These things are falling off the Bone tender. I added Brown sugar to the sauce because the sauce didn't seem sweet enough for me. Could of just been my brain, but other wise these are TASTY!
I'm going to serve it with a mix of brown and white rice flavored with Teryaki and some of the left over sauce from the chicken. And Possibly a Butternut squash if I have time to prepair it before I leave.
