I have been lurking here for a few months. Last night I made a variation of the chicken and dumplings from this comm a few months back (
here).
It came out fantastic. It ended up a little less gravy-ish than I wanted, so I had to do some cornstarch. Part of that was because I added a ton of veggies. I also didn't use enough biscuits for the topping. Otherwise, it came out perfect. Thank you!
