Passover recipes?
Since Passover is coming up next week, I was wondering if anyone had any good Passover crockpot recipes they might suggest. Of course, I know I can do a roast or a chicken, but does anyone have any ideas for more typically Passover-y foods? Something a bit different - I do crock pot roast and chicken all the time.
Why is it that since I've got two kids AND a full time job, I'm the one who always hosts all the big mega-cooking extended family holidays like Passover and Thanksgiving and family parties and such? :-)
