ISO crock-pot veggie lasagna recipe

as a single mum both going to uni and working full-time, i'm starting to get into crock cooking more. at one point in recent memory, we had a recipe for crock-pot lasagna that made the fussy child eater happy. of course, i lost the recipe and i haven't committed it to memory yet. i have been searching online but can't find anything close, much less the actual recipe i'm looking for.
the recipe called for matchstick carrots and grated courgette in addition to tomato sauce and cheeses and noodles. i'm hard-pressed to figure out what magazine it would have come from. if i had to guess, it would possibly have been Parents, Parenting, or Family Circle. maybe?
