help please

ok...I over slept and appearantly my crock pot was a little bit hotter than expected and burned on some food to my crock pot that is UNABLE to come out with any amount of scrubbing :(  I need help please!!  I am not sure how big of a quart my crock pot is :(  It does not state it anywhere but I did find a model number.  I went to the rival crock pot website tried downloading a owners manual to that model number and it tells me its a 2 1/2 quart but it appears to be much bigger and if I remember right it was bigger than that when I bought it.  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

the model I have is 38501!  I believe its considered oval

please any help I am going to be so lost without my crock pot until I can get a new stoneware!!!
