I love my crock pot even more now. I made baked potatoes in it last night, and they came out really well. I actually *like* that the skins don't get crispy/crunchy like they do in the oven :)

For those of you that don't know how, its really easy. Wash your potatoes, stab them with a fork a bunch of times, wrap in tin foil, and cook on low 8-10 hours. Mine were in there about 12-13 and were fine.

About 30 min before dinner I unwrapped and cut mine open, sprinkled some cubed velveeta in there and spices and put them back in foil for a bit. Was quite tasty :)

prep: 0-5 minutes, potatoes, longer cooking times
