Gramma's Chicken soup

So, Rosh Hashana's coming up (The Jewish New year), this weekend.... and I opened my big mouth around my mother and got roped into making the Chicken soup for the family.

So I'm looking for a good Crockpot recipe for a good traditional Jewish Chicken soup ("Just like Gramma used to make"). Bonus points for a good Mazoh Ball recipe too (I just prefer 'em to noodles, even if it isn't Passover ;)
