I just made this tonight, I hope it comes out well, it's cooking now.
Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes
1 zuchinni
1 summer squash
2 carrots
2 salmon filets
sauce made from:
2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon of sour cream
small slice of butter
salt and pepper
Chop up vegetables, put in crock pot. Add enough water to cover the vegetables. Put the salmon filets on top of the vegetables side by side. Mix up the sauce and cover the salmon in it, the tops. Drizzle some more salt and pepper on it and cook on low for four hours, then check fish and vegetables for consistancy and cookedness.
(Like i said, i just made this recipe up so I'm eyeballing with cooking time here, I know that salmon flakes when it's cooked through)
