I'm home from school for break. nothing is as perfect as I thought it might be, but it's still amazing anyways. the last 6 weeks have been hard. I've never experienced loss the way I did, but I was also trying to adjust to an incredible new life, and I didn't really know what emotions I was supposed to be feeling. Everything's different, everything has changed, but I'm growing from all of the change. In the last few months I've become so much more independent. I'm doing things for myself that I know I couldn't have done 6 months ago. and for the first time in awhile, I'm actually enjoying my everyday life. not getting through my week or my month looking forward to something besides my normal routine, but actually enjoying going through the motions of everyday life. because they're a bit more than just motions.
