In searching for help with planning my new program, I came across
this site, dietbites.com. They have free menu guides and a ton of information. I thought this might be helpful for anyone else trying to define a healthy new food plan.
Also, another of our new members mentioned
nutridiary.com for food tracking. I checked it out and it is good :) It has a wealth of information and is very thorough in helping you track not only your food and activity, but also your weight and measurements. It also has a bar graph for tracking water and fruit & veggie intake.
And as always, there is the old stand-by,
fitday.com. This site has about as much nutrition and activity information as nutridiary, but isn't as comprehensive. Thus, it is a little less complicated and easier to use. Great for someone who just wants a food and exercise log.
