The good news is that today I (gasp!) actually went to the gym!
And I'm back on fitday recording my foods
and drinking water
I'll get it back together.
I went to my sister's gym with her, and they actually measure you and show you how to work the machines, and come up with a plan for you. so I'm gonna cancel my YMCA membership and switch to that one.
