Summary: Sungmin needs a new place to live, and finds the perfect place to stay with perfect roommate to live with. But, with such a hot roommate, will Sungmin be able to keep his hands off his new friend? But there are some things that Sungmin has yet to learn about his new neighbourhood and Eunhyuk...things that are far from normal.

His bed didn’t seem to be nearly as comfy as before, but perhaps he just couldn’t feel it simply because his whole body was numb. What did all of that rambling mean? Sungmin was scared, not the type of fear he felt while he was teleporting but the type when he felt something would go wrong.

He must’ve fallen asleep, or blanked out for sometime because he came back to earth because of the sound of a knock at the door. Sungmin was sure it was Eunhyuk, and sighed in relief when he realised it was a maid with a silver platter in her hand. She removed the silver bowl-like thingy which Sungmin had no clue what it was called, and a simple breakfast of eggs and toast was presented before him. His stomach growled just looking at the food, and eagerly waited as the maid placed the tray on the small table near the window in his room. Sungmin thanked her graciously and told her to lock the door, and she bowed and left him to eat in peace.

“Hey.” He jumped as he heard Eunhyuk speak quietly.

“How did you get in here?” Sungmin asked, confused. The door was locked.

“I can teleport, remember?” Eunhyuk sat down in the chair across from him; he seemed to have calmed down a bit, and stated the sentence as if it was normal. Well, maybe to Eunhyuk it was? How many more people in the world could do this? Even though Sungmin felt like he had so many questions to ask, he didn’t and just stared at the other, partially scared that he may disappear like he did in the bathroom. Eunhyuk looked especially beautiful today - his hair was immaculate and his skin looked airbrushed. Sungmin felt like he was looking at a magazine model.

“Oh yeah...” He trailed off as he took another bite. He put his head in his hands while he chewed, and closed his eyes. He heard the sound of cutlery hitting a plate, and opened his eyes quickly. Eunhyuk sat across from him still, only eating the same as he was. Initially Sungmin thought that he was stealing his food, before he saw a similar dish that wasn’t his.

“Where did you get that?”

“Get what?” Eunhyuk looked confused.

“You’re food..?”

“Well, some chickens laid some eggs somewhere and....”

“No, I mean, like, how did it get in here?”

“I teleported it.” Eunhyuk quickly said with ease.

“You can teleport people, and objects?”

“Of course.” He took another bite. “I can do a lot of things, and I’m still learning.”

“What exactly can you do?” Sungmin asked, without really wanting to know.

“You’ll see.” Eunhyuk answered, and for some reason, Sungmin just wasn’t all that hungry anymore.

Because of a lack of a proper night sleep, Sungmin felt like he wasn’t really paying attention to anything. He had worked his uncle’s coffee shop for about a year now, and he had aced how to work the machines, but this morning nothing was going right for him.

“One latte to go, please.” A middle-aged woman requested. Sungmin nodded and sighed as he tried his best to keep his mind in one place. Eunhyuk was so strange, and Sungmin did not like the fact that he was still attracted to him.

“Sungmin, a word?” He heard his uncle who was sticking his head through the door to the back. He patted his co-worker to take over for him, before he made his way through the door. His uncle sat in his office in his leather chair, awaiting Sungmin.

“Yes?”

“What’s wrong, Sungmin? I notice that you aren’t doing exceptional today, I was wondering if you would like to talk about it? It usually makes me feel better.”

“Nothing is wrong, boss.” He formally addressed the man in front of him.

“Sit down. We are family, and when your mom died I promised I would look over you...like a guardian angel of some sort.” Sungmin hated the term ‘died’, and nearly told his uncle/boss that, before he remembered who he was talking to.

“Uncle, I’m 23 years old. I don’t need a guardian angel.”

“Oh, but, my child, everybody does. That is your problem - you hold things in too often. One day, you are going to blow.” His uncle lit up a cigarette, and took a long draw. The look on his face was as if he hadn’t smoked in a couple of years, but Sungmin knew he had his last about 20 minutes ago.

“It’s just who I am uncle, I cannot change that.”

“I just wish you would consult in me, I barely know who my nephew is!”

“I’m sorry, I shall consult in you more often.” Sungmin reassured him before he left, knowing the guilt trip card would be played soon.

“One coffee to go please.” Sungmin heard Eunhyuk’s familiar voice and turned around from the coffee machine.

“Oh, hi!” Sungmin greeted him friendly in case his boss/uncle was watching.

“Hello. Coffee to go.” He repeated in a formal voice, as if the two didn’t live together.

“That’ll be 6876 won please.” Sungmin requested. Eunhyuk placed the money on the counter, making life difficult for Sungmin. He smiled sarcastically at Eunhyuk while he scraped the money off the counter, and pondered why Eunhyuk was acting like this. Sungmin was flustered - he couldn’t keep Eunhyuk off his mind. He was such a mystery and Sungmin wanted to know who he really was.

“How was work?” Eunhyuk asked as he sat in the living room reading the local paper. Sungmin jumped in surprise, before he set his coat down on the armchair of the couch and sat down opposite the other.

“It was fine.”

“Good.” Eunhyuk briefly looked up from his paper before getting back to his reading. Sungmin rolled his eyes and picked up his coat and left the room.

His room was how he left it, only cleaner which he had to thank the maids for. He wasn’t too keen on strangers roaming through his things, but he was grateful that he didn’t need to do it today because he was exhausted. He hung up his jacket on the hooks behind his door and fell onto the bed. He stared at the ceiling thinking about his life at that particular moment. He needed to gather his thoughts...and hopefully store them away. He had university tomorrow, and he needed to focus his thoughts on his studies rather than how hot Eunhyuk was or how strange Eunhyuk was or how much he just wanted to.....

No, he couldn’t waste his time thinking about Eunhyuk. He had other things to do.
