More banal stuff:
So it appears that in order to survive this semester, I must not only efficiently manage time, but also brutally beat it into submission and ruthlessly bond it to my will. The extra job that I'm taking at SSL would entail 24 units of work this semester. If you know me, you know that I will fail at trying to manage my time better. Thus, most likely, I will have to curtail my sleep duration for the next 5 month (good thing I have no social life, or I'd have to cut that out too).

Good news though, is that classes look interesting this semester. Boggs is an excellent physics professor, although my opinion of him will most likely reverse after taking one of his legendarily difficult exams. The first two classes of cs61b does not live up to the reputation of Hilfinger as a professor who believes that the highest GPA attainable should be a 3.0, but it will probably get much harder later on.

Oh, I have to single out CS 70 (discrete mathematics for CS majors). That one class embodies everything I love about mathematics. It is focused on elegant and creative proofs instead of tedious and pointless computations. BUT, it will probably hurt my grade to an extent that puts Hilfinger to shame.

Math 54 is the reverse of CS 70, nuff said (Althought it could hurt my grade also).

History is good, but not great.

-Alexander Hamilton is literally "the bastard brat of a scotch pedlar"
-Question: if someone really dispises you, would you prefer that the person acts rudely around you or pretend to be nice to you while secretly harboring the rancor?
