[The video opens with the backside of a man surrounded by monsters. Monsters as far as the eye can see, and they look vicious. But right now they’re tame, sitting at this man’s feet. The background is too dark to see to make out where he is due to the shadows of some larger monsters that tower around the device.]
So it seems that many have become curious as to these recent monsters. Allow me to enlighten you all.
This City is foul. Many of you assured me that you could show me that people can change. That people will change. Perhaps it was foolish of me to believe in humans once again. Time and again they’ve showed me that they’re incapable of changing. That when backed into a corner, all you can do is fight rather than attempt to understand what is going on.
The time has come for a needed change, and I have passed this judgment. This City will fall to these monsters and to me. The repetition of humanity’s errors will be put to an end in these coming days. The monsters will continue coming, be prepared if you wish to fight.
Consider this an announcement of war. I will not stop until all have perished.
