1. Pocket protectors. Okay, so they weren't really a trend or whatever, but I kind of like them because they really are useful.
2. Pocket watches. Maybe I have something with pockets?
3. Disco. No, that's a lie.
4. Angelfire/Geocities. For reals. I think it was kind of neat how ten years ago or so everyone but everyone had their own stupid flashing website complete with autobiography and brightly colored background. Now everyone just has a myspace or facebook, but making your own website, as shitty as it may be, is much cooler.
5. World fairs. I would have liked to go to one.
6. Mood rings. When I was little I really thought they were magic.
7. Furbys. That's what they were called, right? It was insane how much people got into the whole fake AI thing for a few years. Tamagotchis, Furbys.
