Break from studying, with a side of rant
I have been studying Accounting for the past couple of days, and I seem to be enjoying it, which is exciting, seeing as accounting is the path I am going towards with classes.
People in the library can be rather annoying. Don't come to a quiet floor to study in a group. The occasional talking is fine, but don't constantly talk, please. One guy was started a convo on his phone, and I looked at him (I think it was more of an unintentional glare) and he moved to the hallway, which was nice.
One more rant about the library, and then I'm done with that. For a school that require everyone to have a computer, of which lots of kids have laptops, you'd think the library would have more outlets than it does. I had to wander around the library for a while before I found a desk/table that had an outlet near it. Arg.
Anyway, the weekend before finals was not so exciting, as I guess it shouldn't be. Went to El Amigo for dinner on Friday, and didn't really do much the rest of the weekend other than study. I am looking forward to Friday at 5-ish so I can be done with my finals. Though Scott will be going home that day for a day, so I don't get to party with him for finals being done, he is done on Thursday, so I'm jealous. Though he is coming back Sat night to help me move on Sunday, which is nice, but then he is going home for almost the rest of break.
I am looking forward to the move and getting to reorganize my stuff, hopefully my roommates will be nice. Though I don't think it will get much worse than living next to the swimmers who blast music so loud that it shakes my walls, which I find pretty disgusting.
Though I am looking forward to the weekend after next. Scott, Mark, Hannah, and I hopefully will be going to Scott's lakehouse for the weekend. Should be the highlight of my break between semesters.
