Applying For Grad School
Hey everyone, I'm looking for some info about the application process, requirements, etc. I'm about to finish my BA at Umass Lowell in the Fall, and I'll be applying then.
What I'm mainly looking to find out from other's experiences is what GPA, GRE scores, and all the other things we have submit schools look for and accept. I've done several upper level English courses, as well as some 200 levels that I didn't need to take but did for fun. The last time I saw my GPA for my English courses was somewhere between 3.2 and 3.4, while my overall GPA is 2.9. I know that's not the best but I was wondering if that's something that should really be worrying me when I apply to grad schools, or will they focus more on what I've done in my English courses as far as grades go. Any other info people are willing to throw out there is welcome.
