Who's going where? April 15th edition

There's also a thread from earlier, but I figured that it won't hurt for us to repost (or post anew). Congrats all around...and fingers crossed for anyone still hanging on a waitlist.

I'm headed off to Berkeley this fall. There's at least one or two other Berkeley acceptees in wgi this year, so I hope that I will see you there!

Aw, thanks! Congratulations on Irvine!!! And on earning your M.Phil. I might try to sneak abroad btwn the MA and PhD for one of those crazy UK degrees ...

Thank you :-D Heh, good luck if you do--and, seriously, let me know. The UK academic system works very differently than the one here, and it starts with the application process.

I try to explain M.Phil's to people as thesis years--if you have a specific project in mind, it's a great way to get some time, space, and resources to accomplish it. Also, the confusion that crosses people's faces when you explain that you're technically getting a Master's in Philosophy of 3D animation design is priceless.
