ever since i have cut my hair this short, my scalp burns every time that i'm in the sun for more than an hour.
i'm finally peeling and i love it.
theres new skin under there. brand new fresh skin.
i think so far, i've done my job in school, setting myself up unintentionally for success by doing things that i love. if there's any advice i can pass on to incoming students or anyone for that matter, its just that, do what you love, and do it well, with all your heart. keep your friends close, and meet as many people as you can. forgive and forget when people makes mistakes and take accountability for your actions. go out on a friday night, but do your homework saturday. sneak into a movie and laugh often. don't regret what you haven't done, do it right the first time and never look back. it will all be over before you know it so be able to look back on it all and say "damn, we did that right. i wouldn't change a thing."
