I'm having one last hurrah before my exam period. Yay, exams!
I'm really looking forward to the holidays, though. I might be going skiing. Finger crossed! I went last year, and it was so much fun. But that was in Thredbo. This time, we're going to Perisher. That is, if we are going...
Yes, last year my friends and I went to Thredbo, where I learnt that sunscreen was the most OMFG amazing thing ever (even so, I didn't put enough on), and that you really can screw up cooking chicken (roast chicken =/= stewed chicken), and that one should NEVER overestimate her skiing skills and take the Intermediate slope after having only skiied for one day.
The ski-lift was the fun part. Facing a snow storm, not being able to stand up, and rolling down the mountain? That was decidedly not fun.
Oh! But the half-way house/restaurant place we found halfway down the slope was amaaaazing.
I've got plans for my holidays though. Shopping! Watching TV! Novel revisions! And most importantly, wheaning myself off my caffeine and sugar addiction.
