Baze has really made an effort with Christmas this year. It doesn't hurt that he's kind of a big kid when it comes to the holidays; he always has been and having a kid of his own hasn't changed that. He's just very aware that he's got a lot to celebrate or he should be trying to celebrate. Yes, he's lost his home and he's lost Cate and Ryan but he's still got Lux and a job and this thing (whatever this thing is) with Kate. That's kind of a lot to be thankful for.
So he's got a tree. He's got presents (which he's been collecting for weeks). He's got food and a table and he is detirmined to have a good day. It's all going to be great.
