All I want for Christmas.....
So, for Christmas I got a few cool things. My parents cut back a lot and I always said that I don't care about presents, but it kind of sucked this year because I can't afford to buy a lot of the stuff I want lately because all of my extra cash goes toward food or things like toothpaste.
Anway, my mom got me this awesome robe. I wasn't going to keep it at first because I thought it would feel gross after I got out of the shower but it's SO comfortable! She got me a few ornaments, an Amy Brown book a $50 gas card and a $50 gift card to Target. I'm really looking forward to buying a lot of new clothes!!!!
My dad got me a Dogma, Elektra (I know everyone else in the world hates this movie but me) and Lego Star Wars for the PS2, a shiney new bowling ball, some blank DVDs and CDs, and a $100 gift card to JCPenny. My mom is going to take it and give me the money because I don't really shop there and she does!
I'm excited because I have $100 to splurge on whatever I want! I'm trying to decide what to spend the money on though. I could be responsible and use it to pay off my credit card bill. But I do really want the Harry Potter books, or maybe Guitar Hero II, or more clothes. Decisions, decisions...OH! Maybe I'll get my tattoo or my nose peirced! :) I just have to make sure my dad won't have a heart attack if I come home with an extra hole in my nose. I bet if I got the right jewlery he would never notice.
Ken got me half of the Red ipod for my birthday/Christmas present, a Heartless t-shirt (it's from Kingdom Hearts)and a cashmere-like sweater from Target! His parents got me a $50 gift card to Meijer so I can buy food!
Brian got me new guitar strings, a strap and more picks. I'm going to bring my guitar back to school with me. I don't know if I'll ever have time to teach my self to play again, but it's worth a shot.
Kimberly is making me yet another pair of wings to add to my collection.
I got Ken Pheonix Wright for his DS and season 1 of House. We've been watching season 2. I like the show, but I have mixed feelings about it too. I hate doctors and even watching medical shows, except for maybe Scrubs, makes me nervous. It's weird.
