off to see Feeder and Goldie Lookin' Chain in Brighton tonight which means leaving work early which is always a good thing. Was off sick 3 days this week - went back - saw everyone's friendly faces and felt great. First words from my boss's mouth announced the most boring task imagineable lined up for me and I felt ill again straightaway. It isn't just me he is getting to so he might be under a bit of strain, but even the guys are commenting on the way he speaks to me.
Anyway enough bleating - I AM SEEING FEEDER!!!! Therefore nothing can spoil my mood. I have just worked out this will be the fifth time I have seen them. They must have something going for them!
I am going with different people so that is always fun. My poor friend Lynne cannot come on account of having all 4 wisdom teeth out on Tuesday with a few complications and has a head twice it's normal size. Bless! Get well soon Lynnie. So we sold her ticket to Sue and she loves live music but hasn't been for a couple of years and is all brimming over and exciteable which makes it fun for the rest of us. also coming along and driving (good man) are Dave from work and Jenny from home!
I am actually rubbing my hands together at the thought of standing in that crowd. Damn I have missed this lately!
