Fucking Comcast pulled a AT&T job on me. Scheduled an appoint (three actually, they canceled the two useless one's they made and didn't tell me about originally from agent fuck up) and then didn't call me like they are instructed to. I'm also wake in my room right next to the driveway. Got up early just in case so I could hear them pull up. So I've been sitting here for 3 hours and the guy had already marked the appointment as canceled because "Customer isn't home". AT&T actually left a notice on my front door when I was living in Sunnyvale saying they missed me. I was 3 feet away on the other side of the door watching TV on low volume. Never knocked, rang the door bell or tried to call. Fuckers really piss me off at times.
Now I have to be home Friday morning to see if they do it again. I'll hunt them down if they do this shit again. There's another tech next door, I'm sure I could "convince" him to work on my line....
